Living in Geauga County

Geauga County lies directly east of the Cleveland metropolitan area, with Chardon as its county seat. It is a county of townships and small villages — Bainbridge, Auburn, Chester, and their neighbors — known for wooded acreage, a strong rural character, and its maple syrup heritage.

Much of Noreen's practice runs through Geauga County: buyers trading suburban lots for land, and sellers whose properties need an agent who understands how acreage, outbuildings, and township zoning actually price.
